The 10‑session block secures a child’s place for 10 consecutive weeks.
This is the only payment option offered by Braveheart Ballers.
We have chosen to operate using block bookings only because it benefits both children and families.
Block sessions:
Guarantee a child’s place for the full 10‑week period
Support routine, confidence, and consistent development
Allow us to plan and secure future pitch hire
Reduce uncertainty around session delivery
Ensure sessions are delivered sustainably without disruption
Reduces waiting lists and possibility of turning kids away
This model allows the coach to focus fully on delivering high‑quality sessions rather than managing week‑to‑week availability.
The 10‑session block includes:

Safeguarding and welfare standards
Entries into upcoming competitions and prize giveaways

Braveheart Ballers operates in 10‑session blocks, which reserve your child’s place for 10 consecutive weeks.
If a session is missed, it is not transferable or refundable.
This policy allows us to:
maintain safe and consistent group sizes,
protect guaranteed places for all children, and
plan coaching, staffing, and pitch hire responsibly and reliably.
Please note: Pitch hire costs are fixed and must be paid in full regardless of attendance.
We appreciate your support in helping keep Braveheart Ballers stable, safe, and focused on the children.
All session fees are non‑refundable once a block has started, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Braveheart Ballers.
Missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons cannot be refunded or credited.
If Braveheart Ballers must cancel a session (e.g., severe weather, coach illness, or venue issues), we will either:
• rearrange the session, or
• provide a credit toward a future session or block.
If a player withdraws before the block begins, a refund may be issued minus reasonable administrative costs.
Braveheart Ballers reserves the right to remove a player from sessions for safeguarding, behavioural, or welfare-related reasons. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case.
